Responsiveness is essential, most people read their emails on mobile devices and they need to be readable without having to pinch to enlarge it – otherwise, you’re most likely losing potential clients. Testing is fundamental to get them rendering perfectly on every email client. Emails also need to be ADA-compliant and made Dark Mode-proof, as most people will see them using it.
